Sure, some statues will be handed out to some deserving thesps at the 21st Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards Sunday night.

And those actors may be interested to know that all four of those who won in the movie performance categories last year went on to win Oscars.

But did you know that the casts of Birdman, Boyhood, The Theory of Everything and more, not to mention the hopeful ensembles from Game of Thrones and The Big Bang Theory, et al., will also be chowing down on 325 pounds of organic chicken and 400 pounds of kale? All while surrounded by the white noise of 500 million-plus champagne bubbles fizzing away?

Exactly!

Courtesy of those who are attending to every last detail to ensure that the 2015 SAG Awards look picture perfect and everyone (even the, for lack of a better word, losers have a ball), here's a breakdown of the black-tie affair by the numbers:

2: Hours that the show is scheduled to last.

16: Categories, including the annual Life Achievement Award, which this year is going to Debbie Reynolds.

700: Roughly the amount of staff and crew members needed to make all this happen.

The stars will be walking into the Shrine Auditorium on and surrounded by:

17,100: Square feet of red carpet

21,500: Square feet of tenting, just in case

11,800: Square feet of black carpet right inside the Shrin entrance and in the showroom

20,000: White roses throughout the stage area

8: 10-foot-tall replicas of the Actor statues that will be presented to the winners

The dinner (which also includes an alternative vegan menu) will be enjoyed by apparently 1,200 guests at 86 tables with the help of:

1,306: Linear yards of custom gunmetal crinkled organza that went into making the custom table coverings.

1,200: Netherwood Mushroom lined napkins, half of which will be covered in lipstick by the end of the night.

1,200: Chelsea Gold china dinner plates

3,600: Regency champagne, wine and water glasses

2,000: Stems each of white roses, white miniature Cala Lillies, white Dendrobrium orchids and green Dianthus

2,500: Orchid blossoms

Meat-eating actors will feast on:

20: Gallons of truffle tomato vinaigrette to pour over hundreds of salads

325: Pounds each of Wild Alaskan King salmon and organic chicken breast being served for dinner

400: Pounds of kale to go with the protein, of course.

4,000: Pieces of homemade lavash bread (because you've got to have some carbs).

All to be washed down with:

3,264: Liters of Fiji water

2,000: 500-milliliter bottles of Fiji water with custom straws being passed out on trays

336: Bottles of 2012 Chateau St. Jean Sonoma Coast Chardonnay

348: Bottles of 2012 Beringer Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

142: Bottles of Patrón brand tequila

Taittinger

Gettin' bubbly:

161: Magnums of Champagne Taittinger Brut La Française, one of which is popped open specifically for a toast to open the red carpet

480: 750 milliliter bottles of Champagne Taittinger Brut La Française for the showroom bars and the SAG Awards Gala

2: Methuselahs (6-liter bottles!) of Champagne Taittinger Brut La Française to be signed by SAG Award winners and auctioned off for the SAG Foundation

8.05e+10: What our calculater says when we try to figure out how many actual champagne bubbles you get when you multiply the 500 million per magnum bottle that each one reportedly contains by 161.

Cheers!
