And that's exactly what Miley Cyrus decided to do, except she took it up a notch and ended up shooting some snapshots without a shirt on (because why not, right?!).
Cyrus posted a topless selfie—but made sure the important parts were not visible—while posing on her pizza bed comforter. "YIEW asked for it. Bored af selfie," she captioned the picture.
Miley followed up with yet another topless selfie photo, but this time the celeb is pretending to take a giant bite out of her pizza bed.
These Instagram pictures are actually pretty tame considering some of the more recent (and super racy!) images from the singer, who has never been one to shy away from strutting around in front of the camera wearing nothing but her birthday suit.
In a bevy of new photos for V magazine, the 22-year-old singer gets completely naked for some risqué and super-sexy snapshots.
In one of the NSFW photos, Miley is totally nude with only soap bubbles covering her lady bits. The "We Can't Stop" crooner posed in the bathtub with her nipples and breasts out as she poses with one arm behind her head.
So why the constant nakedness? Cyrus explained to Ronan Farrow during an interview in February 2014 that summers growing up were spent running around her family's 500-acre Tennessee farm like any other country kid, without a care in the world. "
"We never were inside, and we never wore shoes," she recalled. "I think it's why I like wearing no clothes so much and I'm always naked."
Fair enough.
