It's been nearly one month since Blake Lively gave birth to her first child with husband Ryan Reynolds, and as expected, the congratulations are pouring in from the couple's close pals.

"I congratulate anyone who has a baby!" Lively's former co-star Michelle Trachtenberg spilled to E! News on Saturday at the Art of Elysium's eighth annual Heaven Gala, present by Samsung Galaxy and held in Santa Monica, Calif.

While the 29-year-old actress chose to remain mum on the specifics of her chat with Blake, Trachtenberg, who co-starred with Lively on the hit series Gossip Girl from 2008 to 2012, had nothing but nice things to say about the new mama and couldn't help but gush over her pal.

"I think throughout my many years with Blake she has always exuded charm and exquisite elegance and a maternal side," the red-headed stunner dished of the beautiful blonde before adding, "So I think she's definitely meant to be a mother."

Too sweet! And no surprise, Trachtenberg is in total agreement with those who believe Blake gave birth to one good-looking baby.

"I bet!" she exclaimed when E! News remarked how the couple's wee one is surely a beautiful bundle of joy.

Earlier this month, E! News confirmed the couple welcomed a baby girl, although the new parents have yet to reveal their child's name.

"They're all doing really well," a family insider told E! News. "They're obviously loving being new parents."

Presumably the pair, who wed in September 2012, are adjusting to the sleepless nights with ease, and we wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't long before the lovebirds started thinking about baby No. 2.

"I came from a big family...a big family of Southerners," Lively told E! News in October, admitting she wasn't too nervous about adding a baby to the mix. "I'm the youngest of five, so I never raised any siblings below me, but I'm always the person who's taking everyone else's kid and putting them on my hip, so I've kinda always been a mama. So we'll see."

Congratulations to the happy couple!
