Karina Smirnoff is officially off the market after her beau, Jason Adelman, popped the big question earlier this month.
E! News has learned that the newly engaged duo have been quietly celebrating the exciting news with close family and friends and are thrilled—naturally!
Adelman proposed to the Dancing With the Stars pro with a stunning Martin Katz ring, an insider tells us.
The gorgeous bling is said to be an emerald-cut diamond that weighs in at just under 5 carats—which would normally range from $100,000-$300,000.
And while neither Adelman nor Smirnoff have publicly spoken about their engagement, a screenshot of his Facebook page showing a changed relationship status to "got engaged" has been circulating on social media.
The soon-to-be husband and wife have kept their romance relatively out of the public eye, but are said to have been dating for just under a year.
In addition to her new bridal responsibilities, Smirnoff has just penned a book on dating, dubbed We're Just Not That Into You. Sounds like she will definitely know a thing or two about this!
The 37-year-old dancer has been engaged twice—so perhaps the third time's a charm!
In 2008, Smirnoff was set to wed her DWTS colleague Maksim Chmerovskiy, but the two split just a year later.
Then, in 2010, she revealed that she was engaged to baseball star Brad Penny, and again, the duo broke up later on the following year.
She's also previously been linked to Mario Lopez, as well as Orange Is the New Black's Pablo Schreiber.
