It isn't all glitz and red carpets all the time for these celebrities.

The woman accused of stalking Taryn Manning has been arrested again in New York City for criminal contempt and stalking after allegedly violating the restraining order that's been in place against her since last summer.

Manhattan police confirm to E! News that Jeanine Heller, a onetime friend of the Orange Is the New Black star, was arrested yesterday and is due in New York Criminal Court on Jan. 20.

The latest complaint against Heller, obtained by TMZ, states that she continues to text and call Manning and she recently uploaded a "manifesto claiming to outline the history of the relationship" between them to Reddit. Examples of messages she's accused of sending to Manning: "I miss you. Don't ruin your pretty smile with cigarettes. This is your fairy godmother" and "I was in the hospital last month. I tried to kill myself. I don't know why you teamed up to hurt me."

Heller is now facing 24 counts of criminal contempt and two counts of stalking.

A rep for Manning had no comment.

While this is not the first time that Heller has been arrested for violating the order of protection, Manning was also arrested in November for supposedly sending threatening texts Heller's way. Prosecutors ultimately declined to press charges.

"The allegation was false," Manning's attorney told E! News at the time. "It is unfortunate that additional false allegations by an individual convicted of violating orders of protection intended to protect Ms. Manning are facilitated by purported news organizations to perpetuate the harassment of Ms. Manning exponentially."
