Do you remember when Jake Gyllenhaal briefly dated Taylor Swift?

We remember it all too well.

So it was nice to hear that they had a perfectly civil run-in last night at Tina Fey and Amy Poehler's Golden Globes afterparty at Chateau Marmont.

While the two were both in the room at the same time but didn't appear to interact at the Weinstein Co.-Netflix party, with Jake leaving ahead of Taylor and her pack of high-profile gal-pals, they did end up face to face in the Chateau lobby.

According to People, Taylor introduced her famous ex to her famous friends and then everyone went on their merry ways.

Sounds as though Jake (not to mention Taylor) is a perfectly pleasant person to have dated in the past!

Moreover, the Nightcrawler star also got a big hug from ex Reese Witherspoon during the Golden Globes ceremony as the Wild star was making the rounds.

Reese's hubby, agent Jim Toth, was in the house as well, while Jake attended the Globes with sister Maggie Gyllenhaal, a winner for Best Actress in a TV Movie or Miniseries for the Sundance Channel's The Honourable Woman.
