Bethenny Frankel is getting real about those headlines surrounding her thin frame.

After photos surfaced of the Real Housewives of New York City star wearing a bikini shortly before New Year's Eve, some fans immediately sounded off claiming the Skinnygirl founder looked "too skinny" or "unhealthy."

But on Tuesday's all-new Meredith Vieira Show, the Bravolebrity insists that the criticism doesn't offend her.

"Well, I was sick over the holidays," she shared with Meredith Vieira. "I don't know, do I look bad? Do I look like I need to eat a burger?"

She added, "I don't know. I feel like, 'Who cares?' They are always going to say something. I do have a brand called Skinnygirl, so I am going to get beaten up for it. It would be bad if I were overweight and had a brand called Skinnygirl, could you imagine?"

Besides, Frankel doesn't have time to worry about the critics. Instead, the 44-year-old is hard at work filming a brand-new season of Real Housewives of New York City.

While Vieira is thrilled to see the outspoken mom back on TV, she had to ask why she kept it a secret for so long.

"As they say on the Housewives, 'Why would you lie to me, bitch?'" Vieira joked after recalling Frankel's on-screen denial just two weeks before the announcement.

"Listen, bitch," Frankel said with humor. "Did I say I have no deal to go back on Bravo, did I say that? I was not lying. No, this is truth. I had no deal to go back on Bravo and you know, Meredith Vieira, with your own talk show, that if you don't have a deal and it's not signed the deal can fall through at any time."

Lucky for us Bravo fans, filming is underway and there's already a bit of drama brewing.

"Dude, don't u worry. I got you," Frankel recently tweeted to a fan when teasing the upcoming season. "The show is gonna be awesome!"
