A lot went right Sunday night at the Golden Globes. Unfortunately, there were a few celebrities who made a left turn onto our worst dressed list. The fastest way there, according to Brad Goreski, is by flying under the fashion radar.

Fashion Police's newest panelist recently sat down with E! News to discuss all things awards season style—including his red carpet pet peeve: boring ensembles.

In the video above, Brad reveals that he is dead set against style "snoozefests." Instead, the celebrity stylist suggests that celebs should just embrace the glamour of being a big movie star.

"Stand out. Be beautiful. Be dazzling," Brad added. "Dazzle us."

Who exactly does Brad think will bring upon the awe? Cake actress and Golden Globes nominee Jennifer Aniston, who wore a halter-style Saint Laurent gown Sunday night.

The actress has an indisputable penchant for black, but she has surprised and stunned before, especially when she wore that strapless red Valentino gown to the 2013 Oscars.

"I think she's entering a whole new level in her career, and I'm hoping she ups her fashion as well," Brad said.

So, in his expert opinion, who are other leading ladies to watch as awards show season unfolds? Emma Stone, Gwyneth Paltrow, Reese Witherspoon and especially The Theory of Everything star Felicity Jones, who wowed on the red carpet in a ladylike Christian Dior Couture gown and Van Cleef & Arpels vintage jewelry.

Is the Brit this year's Lupita Nyong'o? Be sure to watch Brad and the Fashion Police gang on Mondays at 9 p.m. to find out.
