Find Out When Game of Thrones Season 5 Will Premiere!

HBO announced the return dates for the fantasy drama, as well as Veep and Silicon Valley

Season five is coming.

Break out your calendars, Game of Thrones finally has a premiere date.

The drama is set to return for its fifth season on Sunday, April 12 at 9 p.m., HBO announced at the 2015 Winter TCA Press Tour on Thursday. Huzzah! Also set to return on April 12? Silicon Valley (10 p.m.) and Veep (10:30 p.m.). All three series' new seasons will consist of 10 episodes.

And before Game of Thrones' return to the small screen, the fantasy drama is heading to the big one!

Starting January 23rd and ending January 29th, Game of Thrones will be an IMAX movie, as fans will get to see the last two episodes from season four, remastered just for IMAX. Oh, moviegoers will be treated to the worldwide debut of an IMAX-ized sneak-peek trailer of season five.

As for season five, GOT will be incorporating flashbacks for the first time, with the show recently casting the younger version of Queen Cersei.  Another first? Lost alum Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje will play an original character, one not featured in George R.R. Martin's series. Two faces fans won't be seeing in season five?Isaac Hempstead-Wright (Bran Stark) and Kristian Nairn (Hodor) won't appear at all,

In addition to announcing some highly anticipated return dates, HBO also renewed Real Time With Bill Maher or its 14th and 15th seasons, each with 35 episodes.
