The 22-year-old "Stay With Me" singer proved he's just like the rest of us by singing Beyoncé and Jay-z's hit song "Drunk in Love" in the shower recently. The bathroom performance was all caught on video by Smith's new boyfriend Jonathan Zeizel.
"sam or bey? @samsmithworld @therickilee" Zeizel captioned the Instagram clip, which he shared on Wednesday. In the video Zeizel holds the camera up to the closed bathroom door and you can hear Smith belting out "Drunk in Love" while getting clean.
"I get filthy when that liquor get into me/ I've been thinking, I've been thinking/ Why can't I keep my fingers off it, baby I want you," Smith sings.
If you ask us, Smith's version of the jam holds up pretty good to the original!
Smith and Beyoncé are not strangers. At the 2014 MTV VMAs over the summer, the music stars met and snapped adorable pics together backstage. We're sure Bey would love Smith's version of "Drunk in Love."
