The expectant star shared a photo on Instagram of a tiny pair of red ballet slippers, along with Mary Helen Bowers' pregnancy workout book, Ballet Baby.
Tyler captioned the shot, "Thank you @balletbeautiful sooooooo much!!! 2015 inspiration for this momma and the sweetest little shoes for the baby ( he/ she ?!) to dance with us when they arrive !!!!!!"
It appears that the Leftovers actress has been working on staying fit during her second pregnancy with the help of Bowers' famed ballet practice.
Bowers told E! News, "Liv is one of my oldest and dearest clients, we have been working and training together for several years. I couldn't be more thrilled about her upcoming pregnancy and wish Liv and baby all the best!" And as it turns out, the ruby slippers are actually the newest addition to the brand's clothing line!
Several other stars have credited the workouts with getting them lean and toned, including Victoria's Secret models Lily Aldridge and Doutzen Kroes, former VF angel Miranda Kerr and stars such as Natalie Portman.
Tyler recently revealed to Town & Country what the best part of her pregnancy has been thus far.
"It's fun not being on a diet or thinking, 'Oh my god, I have to go to Soul Cycle every day."
She added, "The most fun thing about being pregnant again is having those mom hormones flowing around. You're more present in your body, and it's making me a better mother for Milo."
The brunette beauty also gushed about how her personal life and career are going through major, positive changes at the same time.
"I mean, for seven years I'd been saying I wanted to do an HBO show with an ensemble cast. And I wanted a house in the country. And getting to have another child? If you knew me well, they were the things my heart longed for. And they all came together, like a speeding freight train, in one year."
