What's cuter than a newborn baby? Two newborn babies who just so happen to be royal twins!

Princess Charlene and Prince Albert II of Monaco officially introduced 4-week-old Prince Jacques Honoré Rainier and Princess Gabriella Thérèse Marie to their principality on Wednesday. The proud mom and dad each held an infant as they stepped out on the balcony of the Palais Princier, waving to the cheering crowd filled with hundreds of people thrilled to get their first live glimpse at the tiny royals.

Princess Charlene, 36, debuted her new blond bangs, too, pairing her chic blunt cut with an elegant cream cashmere coat and jersey shift  by Akris, tan gloves and diamond earrings. Her hubby, 42-year-old Albert, kept his look simple, wearing a basic coat and tie. Like Charlene, though, he had that new parent glow and a big smile on his face.

Although Wednesday marked Gabriella and Jacques' first official public appearance, royal watchers got to "meet" them last month (kind of) when the palace released a darling Christmas-themed photo. In the super sweet snap, Charlene (sans bangs!) cradled both tiny tots as her hubby stood happily by her side.

The first-time mother told Paris Match that she and the twins, who were born two weeks early on Dec. 10 via C-section, were doing well. "They're growing each day and gaining weight," she said.

As for Albert, son of the late Princess Grace? He spoke about embracing his role as a parent—from the get-go. "I was present in the operating room and assisted at their birth," he told the French weekly. "I helped my wife as I could—that's to say, by presence."

"I don't have the words to describe how it felt then or the deep joy I feel now," he said. "Having children—and twins at that—is an extraordinary experience. It's unique. And it's a challenge for us as parents."

Albert said he's looking forward to "devoting" himself to the royal twins.
