Francesca Hilton died in Los Angeles on Monday, her publicist told the L.A. Times. She was 67.

Hilton, the daughter of 97-year-old Zsa Zsa Gabor and the late Conrad Hilton, likely suffered a stroke, according her publicist Edward Lozzi.

"We were on the phone minutes before she died. We were discussing her book she was writing and a possible deal. She had to go to the restroom. She never made it out," he said in a statement.

Lozzi told USA Today that Hilton's fiancé Michael Natsis administered CPR with paramedics before she was rushed to Ceders-Sinai Hospital and pronounced dead.

Hilton, the only child of 97-year-old Gabor, held a variety of jobs throughout her life, working as a photographer, actress, publicist and at one point, a reservationist at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills. Hilton, who was Paris Hilton's great aunt, once dated actor Peter Sellars, her publicist noted.

In recent years, Hilton had spoken out against her mother's ninth husband, Frédéric Prinz von Anhalt. Von Anhalt sued Hilton in 2015, claiming she'd forged Gabor's signature to take out a $2 million loan. Hilton filed a separate suit (which was later dismissed) against her stepfather, accusing him of manipulating Gabor to get into her will.

Hilton also filed a petition requesting an independent conservatorship be set up for Gabor's health and financial interest. Per the L.A. Times, a judge granted the conservatorship but made Von Anhalt the temporary conservator of Gabor's finances. While the money was only allowed to be used to care for Gabor, Hilton alleged Von Anhalt was misusing Gabor's funds "on lavish parties."

As for Hilton's famous hotel magnate father? Mr. Conrad Hilton died in 1979, leaving just $100,000 of his multimillion fortune to Hilton, his only daughter (he also had three sons). Per the L.A. Times, Ms. Hilton contested the will in court, but lost.

In 2008, she spoke about the snub, saying, "You can't live in the past. That was his decision."
