Ever the jokester, Ellen secretly recorded Portia doing the fitness moves, which involve a series of arm circles and leg lifts. The unsuspecting Arrested Development star swings and steps her way through the video, and even exclaims, "This is hard!" But the best part of the video, without a doubt, is watching Portia realize her wife is filming her.
As she turns around to say something to Ellen, Portia screams, "Oh my God!" freaks out. Ellen, of course, can't help but crack up at getting caught. But the fun doesn't stop at the video. The Finding Nemo voice obviously had to take her prank one step further and tweeted her wife's dance moves to her 37.2 million followers and posted it on Facebook.
"Portia said it was okay if I watched her do her Jane Fonda workout. She didn't say anything about filming it and putting it on Facebook," the host quipped.
The Ellen DeGeneres Show host has proven to be very social media savvy in the past, having taken the most retweeted photo of all time at last year's Academy Awards and even attempted another selfie recently to try to include Meryl Streep.
