Traveling with kids is tough, but it's even more difficult when you and your little ones are being swarmed by the paparazzi—just ask Olivier Martinez!
The French actor, wife Hally Berry, son Maceo and step-daughter Nahla were making their way out of LAX Sunday afternoon when a crowd of photographers and a contract airport employee reportedly got too close to the famous family. TMZ obtained video of a man appearing to be Martinez using an empty carseat to push another man out of the way, causing the latter fella to fall backwards and onto the ground.
Because no arrests were made, LAX Police was unable to confirm to E! News the identifies of the parties involved. A public information officer did confirm, however, that a male celebrity and his family "required assistance from Los Angeles Airport Police after a crowd of photographers and a contract airport employee came too close tot he family to take photos."
"The male celebrity was carrying an empty baby car seat in his arms and reportedly shoved it against the contract airport employee causing him to fall backwards," said the LAX Police. "The employee received treatment on scene and was transported to a local hospital for further medical care. Airport Police took a report for battery and the family continued with they travel plans."
Martinez' rep did not immediately respond to E! News' request for comment about the alleged incident.
