Grab your magnifying glasses, because that's the only way you'll be able to see anything in the first teaser trailer for Ant-Man.
Marvel's marketing team has decided to play up the movie's title and released an ant-size preview that is so small even a microscope might not help fans see anything from the Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly-starring film! Kudos to the people who came up with this idea.
If the teensy preview wasn't enough to satiate your appetite, the trailer tells fans that a normally dimensioned clip will be coming their way soon.
"Watch the human-sized world teaser premiere January 6."
No word on when a human-size, extended trailer will debut, but the film is slated to release July 17, 2015, so this will just have to hold us over!
Marvel previously released a photo of Rudd dressed in character as Scott Lang, and the littlest hero looks large enough to take on Yellowjacket, the film's villain, played by House of Cards' Corey Stoll.
Bobby Cannavale, Judy Greer, John Slattery and rapper T.I. have also joined the cast. Lilly is slated to play the daughter of Dr. Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), an entomologist and physicist who invents the Ant-Man technology and mentors Scott.
Marvel Studios' release schedule also includes Avengers: Age of Ultron on May 1, 2015; Captain America 3 on May 6, 2016; and Guardians of the Galaxy 2 on July 28, 2017.
