J.Lo does numerous fast reps of arm lifts with free weights with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson. Anderson gets distracted by Lena Dunham's book Not That Kind of Girl, but Lopez keeps her arm pumping.


After Hugh Jackman challenges his friend Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson to also workout in the early morning hours, the actor shows off his huge muscles while doing a quick set of  bicep curls.

No question Jessica Alba has an amazing body, but as we can see in her workout videos, she works hard for it! Alba does a variety of arm exercises in this Instagram vid, and clearly breaks a good sweat. One of the moves Alba tackles is the tricep extension, which is a pivotal movement to getting those defined arm muscles.
