Kate Middleton knows a lot of things are going to change when she welcomes baby No. 2.

But one important fact she's facing is the idea that alone time with Prince George will be much harder to come by when another baby enters the world.

"She will be mindful that this will be one of the last opportunities for solo 'George time,'" maternity nurse Sarah Dixon revealed to People. "They're making the most of [their time together]."

That quality time was on full display over the Christmas holiday when the pair visited the Winter Wonderland holiday fair in London's Hyde Park.

During the visit, the mother-son duo enjoyed a spin on a traditional twirling teacup ride. "George was smiling and laughing as they went 'round and 'round together," an onlooker described to the publication. "He was really enjoying the ride with his mom. You could see it in his little face—he looked so happy."

The Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William revealed they were expecting another child in early September.

Although the proud mom has experienced morning sickness once again with her second pregnancy, Middleton has continued to balance royal duties and family.

In fact, when attending Christmas Day church service, Middleton decided it was ultimately best to have Prince George stay home for the mass.

"I'm sorry we didn't bring George," she told the crowd. "But you would have heard him in the church."

Between a busy toddler and a crying newborn, Middleton is going to have her hands full once her due date hits in late April. But if anyone can handle the dynamics, it has to be the princess!
