Jillian Michaels' longtime family's assistant was moved to tears when she received a very special Christmas gift from the former Biggest Loser trainer.

Michaels, 40, had gotten the woman, Ines, a new car. She posted a video of her emotional reaction on Facebook  on Christmas Eve.

"9 years of looking after myself and my family with love and care!" Michaels wrote. "We surprise Ines with a new car. ‪#‎WeLoveYouBuddy ‪#‎ChristmasSpirit."

The clip shows Michaels' and partner Heidi Rhoades' daughter, Lukensia, 4, handing Ines a small box with her little brother, Phoenix, 2, watches from nearby.

"Merry Christmas," the little girl says.

"Thank you, Lu. Merry Christmas," Ines says, hugging her.

"Merry Christmas, baby, thank you" she tells Phoenix, giving him a hug and a kiss.

Michaels tells Ines to open her gift and when she does, she discovers a keyless car entry remote.

"It's a car!" Michaels says. "It's outside! You wanna go see it?"

Ines is rendered almost speechless, holding her hand over her chest.

Michaels and her family live in Malibu, California. Rhoades gave birth to Phoenix in May 2012 and several days later, she and Michaels adopted and brought home Lukensia, who was born in Haiti and was 2 years old at the time.

Earlier this month, the celebrity trainer shared on her Instagram page a sweet holiday pic of the kids sitting by a Christmas tree with the family's two dogs.

It has begun...

Michaels talked about balancing parenthood and staying in shape in an interview in 2013.

"Being a mom makes it 10 times harder [to stay in shape and be healthy,]" Michaels said.

"It's never going to be like it was, but it's the kind of thing like where my mom will babysit a couple of hours on one weekend day and I can go to one class," she added. "Then I'll trade off with Heidi one night of the week and I'm like, 'OK, now you go for a run.'"
