Clint Eastwood is officially riding solo once again.

The 84-year-old actor-filmmaker's divorce from Dina Eastwood, his second wife, has been finalized, according to court documents filed in Monterey, Calif., and obtained by E! News.

Per the filing, a judge signed off on the split yesterday. Dina and Clint are parents to 18-year-old daughter Morgan together and, since she's no longer a minor, custody was not a legal issue. Details of their financial arrangement are being kept confidential.

By the time it was revealed in August 2013 that they had separated after 17 years of marriage, Clint and Dina had already been living apart for some time, according to a source. Dina then filed for a legal separation that September.

Dina called her ex "the sweetest" in an interview on Bethenny a year ago.

"I don't think we will be getting back together," the now 49-year-old actress told Bethenny Frankel at the time. "That is why I filed for divorce. I think maybe a part of me was holding out, like 'What are we doing here?' Then there have been some definite signs that we're not going to get back together so let's move on amicably is my opinion, but I think there is a mental chokehold on you when you don't have something in place that shows you are definitely apart."

About how Clint was handling the split, Dina said, "He's lovely, he hasn't done much. It's other people around him have done things that have blown me away and again my future ex-husband has done nothing [wrong]. He's probably the sweetest guy I've ever met. He is the sweetest, he is a loving, kind, low-key person so my intuition was still great on marrying a good person."

Clint, who is getting awards-season buzz once again for his work in the director's chair on the based-on-a-true-story Iraq War film American Sniper, has remained characteristically silent about his personal life.

The Oscar-winning filmmaker is a father of seven. He and first wife Maggie Johnson, mother of actress Alison Eastwood, were married for nearly 30 years before divorcing in 1984. Clint also had long relationships with Sondra Locke and Frances Fisher, the latter of whom is Francesca Eastwood's mom.
