It's the end of an era for Charlie Sheen: Anger Management is officially canceled. The FX series, Sheen's show after his tenure on Two and a Half Men ended, will come to a close tonight, Monday, Dec. 22 at 10 p.m. on FX. The show ran for two seasons and 100 episodes as part of a deal with Lionsgate's Debmar-Mercury.

FX quietly announced the end date for Anger Management in a November press release.

Sheen jumped to Anger Management, based on the film of the same name, after exiting Two and a Half Men. The show premiered to record ratings in 2012—close to 6 million viewers tuned in. As part of the deal, only 10 episodes were ordered at the start and based on its success, FX would then order 90 more episodes under a syndication deal.

Ratings have since slipped with recent episodes getting fewer than 500,000 viewers.

Over its 100 episode run, the cast of Anger Management also included Selma Blair, Shawnee Smith, Brian Austin Green, Laura Bell Bundy, Martin Sheen and Brett Butler.

Sheen's former TV home is also wrapping up its run. The current season of Two and a Half Men, its 12th, will be its last. Sheen has made it known he'd like to return to the series one final time. His character was killed off and Kathy Bates played his ghost. But that hasn't stopped the rumors. Current star Ashton Kutcher stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show and revealed he's "terrified" for what is in store in the series finale.

"It's uh, I don't know if I'm allowed to talk about it," he said. "But I'm scared...Yeah, I'm a little terrified." Host Ellen DeGeneres asked if that meant Sheen was returning. Kutcher never directly answered, but DeGeneres inferred the squirming as a potential yes.

The one-hour Two and a Half Men series finale airs Feb. 19 at 9 p.m. on CBS.
