Oh, you thought Abby Lee Miller was going to tone it down for season 5? That's cute.

E! News has obtained an exclusive sneak peek at the promo for the upcoming season of Lifetime's Dance Moms (premiering Jan. 6), and not only is the infamous dance teacher up to her same (loud and eyebrow-raising) teaching methods, but this may be her most shocking season yet.

The promo begins in pretty standard fashion, with Abby giving a stern talk to her tiny dancers before taking on another competition and reminding them that there is a "method to my madness, and I think I know what I'm doing."

However, the mothers (who have dealt with her outspoken and sometimes controversial behavior for years now) continue to be flabbergasted by the way she addresses their daughters.

And so, there is lots of yelling, crying and fighting between the dance moms and the dance teacher in season 5, and you can get a glimpse of it right here.

But aside from the blowout arguments between Abby and moms Melissa, Holly and Jill (who exclaims that Miller has "finally lost it"), one specific incident causes the reality star to completely break down.

"I just had an officer at the clerk serve me papers in my business," she says. "Nobody is going to talk to me that way. No one!"

Fans can only assume that the papers she's referencing is the lawsuit filed in October, alleging assault by 13-year-old student Paige Hyland—who also appeared on the series along with sister Brooke—claiming abusive behavior, which includes throwing a chair at the teen.

Watch the clip to see it all go down, and don't forget to tune in to the Dance Moms season 5 premiere on January 6 on Lifetime.
