We don't know what a Burger Ring is, but it sounds delicious, and if our significant other were to gift us with one, we'd be happy. So we can't really blame this Millionaire Hot Seat contestant on this one.
Whitney Beseler, a beautiful woman who appeared on Australia's Who Wants to Be a Millionaire spinoff, had a very simple first round (or "gimme round") question:
"Which of these is not a piece of jewelry commonly worn to symbolize a relationship between two people?"
Here are the options she had to choose from:
A: Engagement ring
B: Wedding ring
C: Anniversary ring
D: Burger ring
Apparently her jewelry history has been dismal, because she chose C: anniversary ring. And host Eddie McGuire can't quite believe it. Yep, she lost out on $100 and the chance to move on past the very first round.
"That is the most embarrassing thing that has ever happened to me," she sighed unhappily.
Don't fret, Whit. At least you aren't this Wheel of Fortune contestant. He failed harder than you did.
However, she did get a consolation prize before heading home: a pack of Burger Rings.
