The 17-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star visited Children's Hospital of Los Angeles Monday with her rumored boyfriend Tyga for a special L.A. Gear Presents Teen Impact Holiday Party.
During the spirited do-gooder event, the reality star and the 25-year-old rapper donated a whole bunch of toys and gifts and also met with some sick children and their families. The hospitalized youngsters were visibly ecstatic while posing for smiley photos with the stars. Some excited kids even scored a few selfies with Kylie and Tyga.
"It was great to come back to @childrensla to bring christmas to the kids," Tyga wrote on Instagram afterwards with some photos of him and sick kids. "Thank you to @lagear and @808audio and @idvproducts @djskee for helping me bring a smile to so many kids faces. It's amazing! #Humbled."
He added, "@childrensla the littlest things could mean the most to someone #givingback #thankful #helpingmatters."
As for Kylie, before the hospital visit she shared a steamy belfie (or booty selfie) on instagram showing off her backside. "eat yo Wheaties," she captioned the pic.
Kylie and Tyga have been very charitable recently. The day before Thanksgiving last month, the BFFs volunteered to serve food at the Los Angeles Mission's annual afternoon holiday dinner for the homeless and other people in need. The duo were all smiles while sporting red aprons as they gave back during the event.
After volunteering, Tyga posted on Instagram, "Had a great time this morning feeding the homeless with the @thelamisson #Thankful #ThankYouGodAlways."
