Charlie Hunnam won't get naked in Fifty Shades of Grey, but it's not as if the actor is opposed to doing nude scenes. In fact, the TV star has bared his buns plenty of times as Jax Teller on FX's Sons of Anarchy. It's clear that Hunnam is comfortable in his own skin, but even so, he has to draw the line somewhere.

Unlike some of his peers, he's not the kind of guy who will take sexy selfies for his girlfriend. "I just got an iPhone last year. I love Apple products, but I don't use the cloud," he tells Cosmopolitan. "I don't trust it, so you won't find any nude photos from me personally." (Earlier this year, many celebrities, including Jennifer Lawrence, Gabrielle Union and Kate Upton, had naked photos stolen and distributed online.)

"It's much more likely that I'd be followed somewhere and had taken off all my clothes to jump in a pool of water on a hike or something," the 34-year-old star ventures. "I'm not doing any home photo shoots."

Hunnam has been talking about his nude body a lot lately.

In a recent Anarchy Afterword interview, Hunnam and director Paris Barclay joked about his onscreen nudity. "You...shot closer shots of my ass than any other director," the English actor told him. Barclay replied, "I could even see a little fuzz on it, too." Hunnam joked, "It keeps me warm on my winter jogs."

But enough about Hunnam's butt.

Now that Sons of Anarchy is over, Hunnam hopes that the world will see him as something other than a badass. "I play a lot of tough guys and violent characters, but I'm not like that at all. I'm a hippie who smiles a lot and is pretty relaxed," the actor tells Cosmopolitan. "I've often had an escape fantasy that I would go out into the woods by myself for a year or two and discover who I am and what life is about."

For a little while, at least, he plans to chill at home with Morgana McNelis.

"My girlfriend got me an ice-cream maker. Oh yeah, I get loose," he jokes. "I can't make it that often because I'll eat the whole thing, but a couple months ago, I made double-dark chocolate. I put in twice the amount of chocolate, crystallized ginger, gingersnap cookies, a bit of chili flake—whew, forget about it!"
