Wearing a tight white gown by Xtreme accessorized with sliced diamond earrings and a ring from L'Dezen by Payal Shah, the 31-year-old stepped onto the carpet with plenty of cheers from the fashion community.
Soon after, the mom-to-be rushed backstage to change looks and open the inaugural award show with a medley of her greatest hits.
Taking the stage in a long flowing blue gown by Leanne Marshall (she really does love the color), Underwood kicked things off with her classic hit "Before He Cheats."
She continued with "American Girl," "Cowboy Casanova," "Blown Away" and her new hit single "Something in the Water."
