Sienna Miller is happy her tabloid-filled twenties are behind her.

The now 33-year-old actress tells the January 2015 issue of Vogue that her life with Tom Sturridge and their 2-year-old daughter Marlowe is "boring"—but in the best of ways!

"We go to the country. I like to cook and go to Whole Foods," she says. "I have a dog—not a dog but a bear [her Newfoundland], who when I walk pulls me over flat on my face into the mud. My baby pukes on me. It's life. It's very much a normal life."

"I really don't want to sound boring," she tells the mag. "It's completely crazy and illicit behind closed doors."

What she loves most of all, she says, is being a mum. "I was overwhelmed by how normal is felt," she tells Vogue of becoming a mother to Marlowe. "I It was like, ‘There you are—that's what I have been missing.' Like we're both in on something only we know. An amazing sense of being complicit with a little being."

She also gushes about Tom, calling the 29-year-old actor a "grounded, intelligent kind and intact person..."

"That's amazing to be around," she says. "That's the father of my child. There's no drama."

In hindsight, she can see how her younger years in the limelight gave her "a reputation as someone who was a little bit wild, maybe."

"Not with anyone I worked with," she clarifies. "I was never late to work, and when I set, I was very professional. But... I think for a while, my public perception was a hard thing to overcome because people had such a strong preconceived idea of who I was."

She doesn't totally regret her past though. "There were a lot of great things that happened," she tells Vogue. "And some suck, of course...That's life. That's growing up...peaks and valleys."
