The 2015 Screen Actors Guild nominations are out and of course there were some big snubs. But also great surprises! But really, we need to talk about these snubs.

Actors, why aren't you honoring your fellow wonderful actors on new shows? What's up with that? You watch TV, right? You're on TV! Transparent is one of TV's best new shows. Is it because it's on Amazon? Fine. We digress, but here are the biggest snubs and surprises from the TV categories of the 2015 SAG Awards.

SNUB: Mindy Kaling and The Mindy Project
Now in its third season, The Mindy Project has found its voice. The quirky ensemble has jelled and the show has been hitting episodes out of the park. At the center of it all is Mindy Kaling as Dr. Mindy Lahiri, perhaps the craziest and most lovable character on TV. Turn off Modern Family and turn on The Mindy Project. You'll thank us later.

SURPRISE: Tatiana Maslany, Orphan Black
FINALLY! She plays 4,000 roles. Finally. This is a good surprise. (Please note we know she does not play 4,000 roles.)

SNUB: The Good Wife cast
All hail our queen Julianna Margulies, but what about the rest of The Good Wife cast? Christine Baranski, Matt Czuchry, Archie Panjabi, Matthew Goode, Zach Grenier, Alan Cumming…it's one of TV's best dramas featuring one of the best casts on TV and it's time it gets recognized.

SNUB: Fargo cast
Remember Allison Tolman and how great she was in Fargo? Well, the SAG voters didn't. Martin Freeman, Colin Hanks…nobody but Billy Bob Thorton got love.

SNUB: American Horror Story
Jessica Lange, Kathy Bates, Angela Basset…nowhere to be found.

SURPRISE: Viola Davis
Let's be real, Viola Davis is only a surprise because SAG has ignored basically every other new show. But you can't ignore Viola Davis as Annalise Keating on How to Get Away With Murder!

SNUB: Lisa Kudrow
To quote Billy Eichner: "People who are not watching The Comeback should be ashamed of themselves." Lisa Kudrow is giving in the performance of her career as Valerie Cherish. She needs to be honored.

SURPRISE: Modern Family
Modern Family is fine and good. But c'mon. It's a little tired. Let the new kids in to play.

SNUB: The Affair and every other new show
So…did SAG voters only watch two new shows this year? How to Get Away With Murder and HBO's Olive Kitteridge? The folks on The Affair are turning in damn fine performances. Where are Ruth Wilson, Dominic West, Maura Tierney and Joshua Jackson, SAG voters? Where are they?!

SNUB: Parks and Recreation
Amy Poehler is our favorite person too, but on Parks she's joined by our other favorite people including Chris Pratt, Retta, Aubrey Plaza, Adam Scott, Nick Offerman, Aziz Ansari and Jim O'Heir.

SNUB: Transparent
No love for Jeffrey Tambor? No love for one of TV's best new shows? The ensemble on Transparent brings to life one of TV's realest families.
