It has been a whirlwind couple of days in New York City for Prince William and wife Kate Middleton, as the royal couple is stateside for only a short amount of time. Getting in as much as they can in only a few days, the British royals took in an NBA game Monday night but experienced something very different Tuesday.

Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge visited the Sept. 11 Memorial and Museum in NYC Tuesday after Kate had spent her days visiting kids at the Northside Child Development Center in uptown Manhattan and the prince met with President Barack Obama in the Oval Office!

The royals, led by Memorial and Museum President Joe Daniels and Museum Director Alice Greenwald, visited several rooms after taking a moment of silence and leaving flowers at the reflecting pools in the rainy day weather. Prince William and Kate left their beautiful bouquet along with a note that read, "In sorrowful memory of those who died on 11th September  and in admiration of the courage shown to rebuild. William and Catherine," on the Flight 93 memorial panel.

Dressed in a Mulberry pink coat and a Seraphine dress, Kate still looked flawless despite the terrible weather. She and her husband visited several rooms including the Memorial Hall, the Foundation Hall and the "In Memoriam" exhibit where Daniels discussed the museum's many features, some of which also commemorate the 1993 World Trade Center bombings.

Tonight the royals' activities will take a different tour, as the happy couple is set to attend a fundraiser gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in honor of their alma mater's, The University of St. Andrews, 600th anniversary. Prince George's parents have barely had time to rest during their jam-packed schedules, having met Bill and Hillary ClintonJoe Biden, LeBron JamesBeyoncé and Jay Z!

"Bey and Jay got up out of their seats during the break before the fourth quarter and walked across the court to say hi," an eyewitness tells E! News. "Everyone was standing up and gawking. It's a mob scene around them."

The prince and his pregnant wife also met NBA Commissioner Adam Silver and former player Dikemba Motumbo before the basketball game to celebrate the new community partnership between the Royal Foundation and the NBA.

Out of everyone, who do think was more excited to meet whom?
