Bill Cosby is firing back after the latest round of sexual abuse allegations.

The comedian's attorney, Marty Singer, has filed a motion earlier today calling for the dismissal of Judy Huth's lawsuit regarding an alleged incident that took place at the Playboy Mansion in 1974.

Singer filed that Huth's complaints amount to "extortion" and are "absolutely false" and "untimely."

The high-powered attorney also said in the documents, which were obtained by E! News, that Huth's lawyer initially demanded $100,000 and later stated that $250,000 would keep his client from "pursuing criminal or legal claims or going to media with her claims."

According to Singer, Huth's attorney said that "for the $250,000, 'you'll get anything you want."

In her complaint, Huth claims that she and a friend met the actor in 1974 while on a set in San Marino.

Huth, who was 15 at the time, and her 16-year-old friend were invited by Cosby to his tennis club the following Saturday.

While at the club, Huth was given alcohol by Cosby and later led to a home nearby, which happened to be the Playboy Mansion.

"Cosby directed her to a bathroom within a bedroom suite near the game room. When plaintiff emerged from the bathroom, she found Cosby sitting on the bed," her lawsuit states.

"He asked her to sit beside him. He then proceeded to sexually molest her by attempting to put his hand down her pants, and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent."

Huth's lawsuit alleges not only sexual battery, but intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent infliction of emotional distress. The complaint seeks unspecified damages.

Meanwhile, Cosby is seeking monetary sanctions in addition to the dismissal.

LAPD Chief Beck also announced today that while no allegations about Cosby have been brought to the department, police are ready to investigate.
