The 33-year-old Homeland star has gotten engaged to his all-star girlfriend, Aimee Mullins! The two have been dating since 2013, but the former athlete let the exciting news slip at the L'Oréal Paris Women of Worth awards. While presenting to an honoree, she was also given a congratulatory shout out.

The blond bombshell attended the event with Friend, whom she reportedly referred to as her fiancé on the red carpet.

Mullins, a double-amputee who competed as a collegiate and Paralympic sprinter before becoming a model, is also now the spokeswoman for L'Oréal. She has walked the runway of Alexander McQueen and was even named one of People magazine's "Most Beautiful" in 1999.

Before getting together in 2013, Friend was linked to his Pride and Prejudice co-star, Keira Knightley. The couple dated for five years before ultimately splitting in 2011. Knightley's father, William, previously told the Daily Mail that their split was mutual.

"It wasn't a decision that either of them took lightly. I know they gave it a great deal of thought. I don't think there was any one thing that led to their break-up – it was a whole raft of things, I think," he said.

At least they both have found love again, as Keira married James Righton in 2013.
