If there's one thing we've learned after watching Real Housewives of New Jersey, it's the fact that family is everything.

So it should come as no surprise that castmember Teresa Giudice is extra focused on everyone in her household this holiday season.

"This Christmas, the focus isn't going to be on presents," a source shared with E! News. "It will be on family and togetherness. Teresa is savoring every moment she has with her girls right now."

Earlier this week, reports surfaced that the family's wish lists were extravagant and showed the Giudices haven't grappled with their financial future.

As it turns out, our source says that couldn't be farther from the truth.

"Lately, Teresa is always talking about how she ‘has to watch it,'" the insider shared. "She knows her financial situation has drastically changed."

Luckily, her four daughters including Gia, Milania, Gabriella and Audriana just want normal things like clothes and toys.

Teresa is weeks away from beginning her 15-month sentence at Danbury prison. Before surrendering January 5, 2015, the Fabulicious author is reflecting and helping husband Joe Giudice take over while she is away.

"She doesn't feel sorry for herself and doesn't want anyone feeling sorry for her, but she has a lot of sadness," a source recently shared with E! News. "She's sad over her family who she has let down, the friends she has let down and the fans she has let down."
