Looking gorgeous, Lana Del Rey

Famous for her melancholy music, the 29-year-old beauty is unveiling her sexy side in a new shoot for Galore, photographed by her boyfriend Francesco Carrozzini.

The "Summertime Sadness" singer channels Old Hollywood glamour in the cover pic, wearing her long brunette locks in large voluminous curls while rocking a rose-colored gown that highlights her enviable cleavage. Sporting her signature cat-eye makeup, dramatic false eyelashes and old-fashioned earrings, the musician gives the camera (and her man!) a seductive stare while rocking an oh-so-perfect pout.

Del Rey was also interviewed by her sister, Chuck (real name: Caroline) Grant for the inside spread and, in addition to dishing on her favorite artists, Del Rey shares her honest thoughts on why she's often misjudged by the media.

"I choose to write about what I know. I choose not to discuss those stories any further than my music," Del Rey, who previously slammed a "sinister" journalist after a story was published that quoted her as saying "I wish I was dead already".

"It doesn't make things easy for me publicly or in interviews and I do interviews because I believe the music is good enough for me to support it as best I can," she continued. "Sometimes when the things you say and the way you look don't add up—people are quick to label you as an impersonator or feel like you're not entitled to the life experiences you've really lived. They're not deep enough to intuit."

While Del Rey may brush aside her critics, she is a fan of fellow females in the industry. Asked "who do you f--k with in the music business," the singer replied, "I f--k with Azealia Banks because I have the same artistic inclinations as her and the same taste in men."

When she's not writing music, Del Rey is constantly streaming [radio station] KJazz on her phone. "That is the only thing I listen to," she said.

As for whom she feels she relates to most in terms of her music career at the moment?

"Lil Kim"

Whatever you say, Del Rey!
