It's no cakewalk to be an Angel. In fact, these ladies don't even get to eat cake!
"The diet has been very healthy," Alessandra Ambrosio told E! News backstage at the 2014 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. "We've been having chicken breast, vegetables and salad—not much sweets."
The Brazilian supermodel decided to resist munching on any desserts until after the show, choosing to hit the gym instead. "We've been working out a lot," she said. "I woke up this morning, went to the gym and there were already ten girls in there."

Just like her fellow angel, Lily Aldridge also hit the gym religiously to prepare for the catwalk.
"About a month before the show, you start getting more amped up, you work out harder and eat a little cleaner," the brunette beauty said. "But it's fun because you work so hard and the payoff is amazing."
Aldridge, who has a 2-year-old daughter with Kings of Leon frontman Caleb Followill, revealed that she had to be rather strategic with her workout sessions. "I usually either wake up really early or do it during her nap," she said. "She naps for two hours, so I can fit as much as I can into a two-hour nap."

Adriana Lima credits her two daughters—not a diet or fitness regimen—for making her feel self-assured on the runway.
"After I had my kids, the most important thing I realized was that I felt more confident about myself. I felt more beautiful really," she gushed. "You learn the values of life after that so I feel really blessed to have my children. It's so wonderful that after so many years, even after two kids, I'm still able to be here."
