Teresa Giudice will not be stepping in front of the Real Housewives of New Jersey cameras before heading to prison.

E! News has learned Teresa will not be filming The Real Housewives of New Jersey before she leaves for prison. Rumors have swirled that Teresa and her family would film before she heads to prison.

Teresa has been a part of The Real Housewives of New Jersey since the show premiered in 2009. In January, she's set to report for a 15-month prison sentence stemming from federal fraud charges. Her husband, Joe Giudice, was sentenced to 41 months in prison and will serve his time once Teresa is released.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey wrapped season six in November and filmed a reunion just days after Teresa and Joe were sentenced. During the taping, Teresa hinted that the season-six reunion could very well be her last, although nothing has been decided. Will the show go on without Teresa? That's still up in the air. Postponing season seven is just one possibility, and that the powers that be are considering all options regarding the future of series and whether Teresa is a part of it or not.

The cast of RHONJ season six also included Dina Manzo, Nicole Napolitano, Melissa Gorga, Amber Marchese and Teresa Aprea.

During a Reddit AMA last month, RHONJ executive producer and Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen said the future of Real Housewives of New Jersey is still up in the air. "We have not made any plans relating to the future of the Jersey Housewives," he said on Tuesday, Nov. 11. "The final reunion is airing tonight, and we'll go back and meet and talk and re-evaluate soon."

Teresa must surrender by Monday, Jan. 5.
