Beat Ben @ the Box Office: Eye Feel Bad

Oh, Jessica Alba. You know I'm a fan, right? I'm the only guy in Hollywood who doesn't hate on Cash Warren for knocking up the hottest woman in town.

Sadly, you haven't picked the best projects recently. I know you have some cool flicks coming up (The Love Guru with Mike Myers and hopefully a Sin City sequel), but your run of flops isn't going to end this weekend.

Coming off Good Luck Chuck and Awake, I didn't think it could get much worse. Unfortunately, it does. The Eye has a great poster and the best "genre" studio in the business, Lionsgate, behind it as well as supreme specialty studio Paramount Vantage. But word on the street is that there is no word. Nobody seems to be checking for this American remake of the Hong Kong horror hit.

My Call:  Look for The Eye to open at $11.7 million.

Here's Why:  That's only because Alba is a big star and guaranteed to crack 10 mil on her appeal alone.

Your Turn:  Don't agree? Vote on how much you think it'll bank and sound off in the Comments. And Jessica, if you're reading this, I'm sorry, girl! Gotta keep it real.
