Madonna has outdone herself…again.

The Queen of Pop posed topless for Interview magazine to accompany her David Blaine-conducted interview, and we don't know what's more surprising—the photos or some of her answers!

The "Material Girl" singer talked about everything from God to drugs, and even discussed how the latter might get you in touch with the former. But despite some of her deep yet unusual responses, the photos themselves are something to behold. Taken by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, the photos show Madonna posing provocatively in some while dressed somewhat conservatively in others.

Needless to say, she's still in tip-top shape!

Blaine, who is best known for his magic tricks and illusions, wasted no time in his Q&A and got right to the nitty-gritty questions. He discussed what role drugs played in the legendary pop star's life, which creative people she looks up to and even what it's like to fail—we're just going to assume she rarely, if ever, fails because she's Madonna.

In spite of his intense line of questioning, Madonna answers the questions for "The Art Issue" candidly, even revealing bits about her own drug use and how she thought it might get her in touch with a higher power.

"...It's about how people take drugs to connect to God or to a higher level of consciousness. I keep saying 'Plugging into the matrix.' If you get high, you can do that, which is why a lot of people drop acid or do drugs, because they want to get closer to God. But there's going to be a short circuit, and that's the illusion of drugs, because they give you the illusion of getting closer to God, but ultimately they kill you," she said.

"I mean, I tried everything once, but as soon as I was high, I spent my time drinking tons of water to get it out of my system. As soon as I was high, I was obsessed with flushing it out of me. I was like, 'Okay, I'm done now.'"

The "Vogue" singer even opened up about the type of people she is attracted to. Keep in mind she was previously married to Hollywood A-lister Sean Penn and English filmmaker Guy Ritchie, so her answer might not surprise you!

"I was attracted to creative people," she said. "You don't want to be the smartest person in the room; you want to be the dumbest in the room."

Wise advice, Madonna.
