Holiday decorations and spirit always seem to skip over Thanksgiving, but Meghan Trainor is on a mission to fix the turkey holiday malaise.

Appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Tuesday, the "All About That Bass" singer and Jimmy Kimmel decided to team up to create some new Thanksgiving songs so that Trainor could serenade people around the U.S.

"There are literally thousands and thousands of Christmas songs, but I think the closest thing we have to a song for Thanksgiving is the theme from the Golden Girls, and that to me is unacceptable," Kimmel told the audience.

Prepare yourselves, because the carols will definitely make you dread excited for the big feast.

"My flight got cancelled in Denver / I'll be sleeping at an airport Quiznos tonight," Trainor sang.

The video continued with a voiceover that perfectly described Thanksgiving in all of its awkward glory.

"All of the warmth, all the memories, all the uncomfortable dinner conversation," said the voice over, which then introduced one of Trainor's soon-to-be classics, "Uncle Dan Hates Obama (And Won't Shut Up About Benghazi)."

Other potential must-hear songs on Trainor's Thanksgiving Carols album include "Whoa—Why Did Linda Bring Kevin? (Are They Back Together?)," "The Turkey Is Still Frozen in the Middle" and "I Would Like to Leave to Get Drunk With My Friends."

The "Lips Are Movin'" singer urged fans to buy her "new" album "with your money," and even tossed viewers a wink to go with her plea. The skit ended with the pop star singing one final tune called, "Grandma's a Racist (Pass the Yams)."
