Safe to say Horrible Bosses 2 star Charlie Day doesn't have a problem with the fact that his co-star Jennifer Aniston plays a sex addicted dentist.

E! News caught up with the 38-year-old actor at the Los Premiere of the Sean Anders-directed film, the sequel to the hit 2011 raunchy comedy, and asked him to dish on the most difficult part of being groped by Jennifer Aniston (oh, and he also spilled on his friendship with Zac Efron, but more on that in a minute!).

"The fact that it's fiction!" he told us on the red carpet. "That for me it's a fiction...She's getting paid to do it!"

Still, he added with a smile, "It's not the worst thing in the world."

Day reteams with co-stars Jason Bateman, Jason Sudeikis and Aniston in the follow-up flick, which also sees new castmembers Christoph Waltz and Chris Pine

"I remember the first movie, I think I was the first one to agree to do it, and I didn't know who was going to be cast, and then I couldn't believe this incredible Oscar-studded cast," he said, expressing his admiration for his fellow castmembers. "We have two more Oscars with Christoph Waltz now! I'm always thrilled just to be working with these people. They are all great people, both on- and off-camera, so I think that's another reason why it was easy for us all to come back and work together."

The Always Sunny In Philadelphia actor also touched on his friendship with Zac Efron after making headlines on Conan earlier this week where he joked that he has a "shrine" of the 27-year-old hottie (the two are neighbors and Day often receives Efron's fan mail).

"We are neighbors, we are buddies, I was just texting him actually," he said of the former High School Musical star. "We don't hang out too much because we're both pretty busy busy guys, but yeah, he's been over to the house. He's a great guy and I don't actually have a shrine, but I do get some of his fan mail, so maybe I should make that shrine."

Horrible Bosses 2 hits theaters on Nov. 26.
