With her wedding a little more than a week away, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is putting in extra work in the gym.
The former Jersey Shore star has been training hard with Anthony Michael to look her best in her wedding gown, and he's sharing with E! News exactly what she's been doing to drop the last of her baby weight.
"It's not even been seven weeks since she gave birth and she's already down to 99 pounds," Michael told us, adding that while the number may shock some, Snooki is perfectly healthy at that size because she's "so little."
As of now, the mother of two's meal plan includes "decreasing her carbs" and "reducing calorie intake" overall.
But the bride-to-be's main concern is getting her fitness game right.
"We've been doing some high intensity interval training," Anthony explained. "It's a type of cardio, it's very short, you only do it 10-15 minutes. It's about spiking the heart rate. We're also doing plyometrics, cardio, etc. Right now it's all really geared for weight loss, then she wants to focus on lean muscle mass once she's married."
Snooki is "dropping inches everywhere—her waist, her arms," and is "very committed" to accomplishing her weight loss goals in time to walk down the aisle.
So what's the ultimate goal for the reality star?
"I want her weight to be 95-96 pounds, and it to be mostly muscle. We're literally three pounds away from our goal," Anthony revealed, saying that she works out roughly four or five times a week and makes sure to get in two full rest days.
"You cannot train every single day. Rest is just as important, if not more important. So is sleep, which I get on her about, because she has a newborn…but she's done a good job."
