Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger are going strong!

Hollywood's hottest new young couple stepped out last night to support the MAC Cosmetics and MAC AIDS Fund premiere of the HIV/AIDS documentary It's Not Over.

The lovebirds arrived around 7:30 and grabbed drinks while chatting with friends. The 21-year-old "We Can't Stop" singer looked casual and cute in a black sweater and ripped jeans with heels and a bold chain Chanel necklace. Her man looked hunky in a white T-shirt and jeans with a black jacket.

After mingling, the cute couple sat down for the screening of the documentary. During the film, which follows the stories of people affected with HIV and AIDS around the world regardless of gender, race and sexual orientation, Miley and Patrick held hands while quietly whispering in each other's ears.

Also in attendance during last night's It's Not Over screening was MAC Viva Glam star Rihanna. Miley has also been a spokesperson for MAC Viva Glam, which has raised $340 million to fight HIV and AIDS over the last 20 years.

As for Miley and Patrick, they've been going strong since they started dating several weeks ago. A source even told E! News recently that Patrick's mom Maria Shriver "thinks Miley is a nice girl."

Ain't it nice to see a young couple supporting a great cause?
