Taylor Swift is one amazing human.

The singer has always expressed immense appreciation for her fans, and anyone who doubted that got shut down after hearing about her 1989 Secret Sessions (you know, when she surprised fans by inviting them to her own home and listening to the album before it was out!).

And her latest act of kindness further proves that T.Swift has a heart of gold.

Taylor made a surprise visit to a fan's home in Connecticut, and even brought gifts! According to reports, Swift connected with fan Stephanie Barnett years ago on social media, and Barnett said Swift's music helped her through the emotional time when she was having trouble getting pregnant.

Now, Barnett has a 2-year-old son, Leyton, so the Grammy winner thought it'd be fun to show up to their New Haven house unannounced to meet her little boy.

"I open the door and she's like, 'Hey, Steph!' and it's just her right there, and I lost it," Barnett said. "I lost it for a while."

One of the gifts included a toddler-sized toy Mercedes for Leyton, who wouldn't leave her side. "She went to FAO Schwartz and got a bunch of stuff for Leyton," Barnett explained. "The car was so big, she's like, 'I don't know how to ship it, so I thought I'd bring it over.' And I was like, who does that? It's incredible."

Afterward, Taylor stopped by a Starbucks in town to grab a grande skinny caramel latte and snapped pictures with fans. "She was very friendly and took pictures with people, she was smiling and talking to fans. She arrived in a Cadillac with a couple of bodyguards," a source tells E! News.
