Where do we even start?! While it's difficult to keep up with the Kardashians, it's nearly impossible to keep up with Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick's always-changing relationship.
One minute they are on, and the next minute Scott is acting up and his car is banned from his own property this season on Kourtney & Khloé Take The Hamptons. But these problems are nothing new, they started way back in 2007 on season one of Keeping Up With the Kardashians!

Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Season One:
We originally met Scott on the first episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, and he is absolutely head over heels for Kourtney.
However, not everyone believes him. After Kris Jenner questions him about his intentions and his willingness to be in a committed relationship, the two consider marriage to prove their devotion to each other!
Soon after that, Kourtney has a pregnancy scare! With Khloé Kardashian's help, she tells Scott that she took a pregnancy test and it said she "might" be pregnant. To which Scott replied, "There's a might symbol?" Of course, Kourtney did not end up being pregnant.
Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Season Two:
In season two, Kourtney has Scott's old phone that he left and after her sisters insist that she go through it, Kourtney finds sketchy messages from a girl named "my wife" when he was in New York.
Kourtney approached Scott and she believes him when he denies cheating on her.
Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Season Three:
Kourtney's trust issues are brought up again very soon into season three when she catches Scott trying to cover up a phone call when Kourtney hears a woman's voice.
He explains that it's his friend Tom, but she doesn't buy it for a second. So, she ends up following him in Calabasas and sees him with another woman!
She races home and throws all of Scott's clothes over the balcony of her stairs and tells him to get out!
When she explains the incident to Kim, she discovers that she was completely wrong and Scott was actually planning a surprise gift for her. The woman he was with was a jeweler. So she apologizes and they move on.
However, soon after Scott heads back home to New York and Kourtney calls him and hears a woman's voice and he immediately hangs up!
Scott calls her back and explains that it was just an old friend who accidentally passed out in his bed. This triggers Kourtney to go see a therapist and results in her ending the relationship with Scott.
Kourtney & Khloé Take Miami, Season One:
Six months into their breakup, Scott does a surprise trip to Miami and visits Kourtney, who almost immediately falls in love with him all over again. They end up sleeping together and soon after, Kourtney finds out she is pregnant!
Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Season Four:
Scott attends Kim's birthday party in Las Vegas with the whole Kardashian family, but he drinks way too much and makes an embarassment out of himself. Kourtney and her family are humiliated. Kourtney once again breaks it off with Scott.
The two reunite before the birth of their first child, Mason Dash Disick! Scott plans to turn his life around for the better.
Kourtney & Khloé Take Miami, Season Two:
Scott's plan to turn his life around doesn't prove successful. He spirals out of control in Miami, punching mirrors, walls and doors!
Once again, Kourtney breaks up with Scott explaining that it's no longer just about them, she needs to do what is right for Mason. She even explains, "I love Mason more than I love you." The two attend therapy togther in Miami, but Kourtney ends up returning to Los Angeles without him.
Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Season Five:
Scott and Kourtney are able to turn a new leaf in season five, working together to improve their relationship. However, her family is not responsive to Scott at all and none of them show up to his birthday party in Las Vegas. So, Kourtney considers moving to New York to live near Scott's family.
Kourtney & Kim Take New York, Season One:
Kourtney stops speaking to Scott after he was involved in a bar fight, despite the fact that he was trying to defend Kim.
But don't worry, by the end of the season Scott considers proposing.
Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Season Six:
Season six is an overall success for the couple! Despite being pressured by Kris to get married, the two have a smooth few months. Scott even attends an event in Las Vegas and is able to keep control of his behavior and returns home to Kourtney with open arms!
Kourtney & Kim Take New York, Season Two:
New York begins rough after Scott gets kicked out of the apartment by Kourtney after drinking too much one night. He ends up staying with Jonathan Cheban.
While Kourtney and Kim are away with Mason, Scott decides to go out with Kris Humphries in Toronto. (Yes, he left the country.) This obviously results with him in the dog house.
Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Season Seven:
The entire family takes a trip to the Domincan Republic this season and Scott gets a little out of control with Rob Kardashian. Kourtney yet again snaps at him and Scott ends up leaving and staying at a different hotel.
But don't sweat it, because soon their second child, Penelope Scotland Disick is born and the two are happy and in love.
Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, Season One:
The biggest moment this season for the couple, was their trip to Paris. Kourtney attempts to make the trip romantic for them, but Scott is completely oblivious. However, when she expresses her sadness over the situation, Scott immediately makes it up to her and they sign a lock together and promise to love each other forever.
Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Season Eight:
While Kourtney and her family are in Greece, Scott enjoys England for a few appearances and some fun with his friends, planning to join them in Greece later.
However, Kourtney soon gets pictures sent to her of Scott leaving a club with other girls, and while she knows he didn't do anything, it's very upsetting.
Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Season Nine:
While Scott may have been surprised, viewers could have called this. Kourtney announces her third pregnancy to Scott after hiding it from him for a few weeks!
This time, he is not excited.
Kourtney & Khloé Take The Hamptons, Season One:
Despite Kourtney's wishes, Scott heads to the city the first week they arrive to the Hamptons. He ignores Kourtney's calls, doesn't communicate and crosses all the boundaries the two had set together.
So, as a result, Kourtney banned Scott from entering the property and security stops his vehicle from coming in. He walks to house and calls for Kourtney to come outside, and she firmly tells him that unless he changes his lifestyle, he will lose his family.
So basically, we've been watching these two's relationship evolve for a decade and we can't even keep track of how many times they've broken up.
But, at the root of their relationship must be a lot of love because they've been able to make it through any obstacle so far! With their third baby on the way, will Kourtney finally pull the plug on their relationship? Or will she give Scott another chance despite his partying ways?
