Economist Ben Stein stopped by Fox News on Sunday, where he had some harsh criticisms for President Barack Obama, arguing that the White House is trying to "racialize all politics" while alleging the current commander in chief of being the most racist president in U.S. history.

The 69-year-old political commentator accused Democratic politicians—including Hillary Clinton—of trying to convince Americans that "Republicans have policies against black people" in order to garner the African-American vote.

"That whole idea that the economy is being used to repress minorities is just an outrageous lie," he said. "The Republicans are every bit in favor of African-Americans having a good life—I'd say more in favor than the Democrats."

Stein shared his thoughts after a Fox News poll revealed that the economy, for many, is still the most important issue our country currently is facing. "That whole idea that the economy is being used to repress minorities is just an outrageous lie," he stated.

Asked what he has to say to those who blame Republicans for our country's current economic state due to the fact that the GOP has cut budgets and programs that help minorities, he replied, "The cuts have been absolutely minuscule, absolutely tiny, unbelievable small...the Republicans are the ones who saved this economy, not the ones who ruined this economy"

He went on to argue that President Barack Obama is "the most racist president there has ever been in America," claiming that POTUS "is purposely trying to use race to divide Americans."

"The idea that any kind of incident which victimizes a black person is a Republican plot is just nonsense!" he stated. "They might as well say it's a plot of people from outer space."

Asked whether the GOP should work on changing that perception if that is how African Americans truly feel, he replied, "Well they're allowed to feel however they want to feel but it's basically just an excuse to say 'Look I'm going to vote for President Obama because he is my own race.'"
