Get ready, world (well, most of it): Taylor Swift is coming to a city near you!

On Monday, the 24-year-old "Shake It Off" date announced The 1989 World Tour!, kicking off in Louisiana on May 20, 2015. The tour will hit North America and Europe before heading to Australia in December 2015. Oddly enough, though, the "Welcome to New York" singer and NYC tourism ambassador has no dates set (so far at least!) in her beloved new home.

The closest her 1989 World Tour comes to the city that never sleeps is a July 11 show at East Rutherford, N.J.'s Metlife Stadium. (Sorry, Manhattanites and Brooklyners: It's your turn to make the reverse commute to a concert!)

No word yet on why the self-described "most enthusiastic, obnoxious" New Yorker isn't planning a performance at Madison Square Garden, Brooklyn's Barclays Center or any venue within the five boroughs. The Tribeca resident clearly loves this city. In fact, on CBS' Late Show last week, she gushed to David Letterman that she was happy to promote tourism in the city for no cost!  "I don't get any money for it," she said. "I'd been obsessing over moving to New York for a year but I didn't find the perfect place until winter last year. So, I've been there ever since and I had the most amazing summer here. All my friends are here!"

T.Swift friends and fans, let's carpool to Jersey! In any case, Vance Joy, a 26-year-old Australian singer-songwriter, will have the honor of opening for all of Taylor's North American dates. Shawn Mendes, who you might know from Vine, will also join The 1989 World Tour for select performances.

As always, though, Taylor's looking out for her fans, so members of her website's email list (along with those using American Express Cards) will have access to pre-sale tickets. Pre-sales for North America shows start Nov. 7. Pre-sales for European shows start on Nov. 4. For a complete list of tour dates, click here.
