Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard are looking forward to meeting their baby boy, but right now, these first-time parents-to-be are in preparation mode!

On Friday, the pregnant 19 Kids and Counting star and her hubby dropped by Giggle in New York City to get an idea of what they'd like to have on hand when baby Duggar arrives. They also talked to E! News about how they're getting ready for labor and delivery together.

"We're taking Bradley [Method] birth classes right now," said Derick.

"Yeah, [it's] husband-coached childbirth," added Jill, "so that he can know how to help me in labor and in pregnancy—and that's what I want the most, is [for] him to be able to know what to do when that comes."

According to the Bradley Method's website, classes generally last for 12 weeks and teach both parents how to be involved in the delivery process. Part of this includes utilizing relaxation and breathing techniques to deal with the pain instead instead of drugs or epidurals "unless absolutely necessary."

Jill said the couple plans to "have a midwife at home" when she's ready to deliver, "and Derick will be my coach, as I like to say, so [he'll be] helping me through the process."

What does the dad-to-be think about this, and how does he think his past as a Boy Scout might come in handy? Watch the clip above to find out!
