Is Derek Hough about to cause some real trouble for Avery (Jonathan Jackson) and Juliette (Hayden Panettiere) on Nashville?

The Dancing With the Stars pro dancer has recurred as hot movie star Noah West this season, and so far, he's been a really good friend to Juliette while they shoot their Patsy Cline biopic together. He even helped her hide her baby bump during their love scene, and that was no easy feat!

But is Noah getting a little too close to Juliette? Her baby daddy Avery seems to think so, and we've got your exclusive first look at their explosive confrontation in this week's episode!

OK, while it's clear to both Noah and Juliette (and us!) that they're clearly just friends, Avery is not exactly thinking straight when he finally comes face-to-face with Juliette for the first time since finding out she's pregnant with his child...via text. Harsh.

Yeah, we can forgive his blow-up just this once.

But is his jealousy over seeing Noah in Juliette's hospital room hiding something more? Like maybe his feelings for Juliette, that won't go away no matter how hard he tries to get over her?
