While it may be difficult to top Kim Kardashian's 33rd birthday surprise—a proposal from hubby Kanye West, complete with a 15 carat diamond ring—the 37-year-old rapper still had a few tricks up his sleeve for this year's celebration.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star rang in the big 3-4 with a birthday bash at Tao in Las Vegas, the same nightclub where she has celebrated in the past, but before the party began, she took a moment to chat with E! News and revealed the touching gift her thoughtful husband gave her.
And the best part about the present? It was created with a little help from the couple's one-year-old daughter North West!
"He got me this purse and it was really pretty painted and then my computer was open next to the gift and I was trying to figure out why it was there," she shared. "And I press play and it was a video of her [North West] actually painting it. She spent hours getting paint all over herself and painting this purse and he captured it all.
Kim, who was beaming with pride as she gushed over her family, added that the surprise "was so so sweet."
Prior to the party at Tao, 'Ye treated his ladylove to a romantic birthday trip in Hawaii, surprising the brunette beauty once again. He also tweeted a b-day shout-out to his other half, whom he thanked "for being the dopest wife & mom!"
As for the soiree at the Sin City nightclub, Kim told E! News, "I've been coming here for so many years and it's so much fun. And it's a time where I just get to hang out with all my friends and family and it's just a tradition at this point.
"My husband's here, Khloe's here, my mom's here, all my friends, Jonathon [Cheban], Simon [Huck]," she continued. "It's going to be a fun night."
And while little North West is a tad too young to be hitting up Tao, the mother of one couldn't help but express her love for her darling daughter. "I love it," she gushed when asked how she's enjoying motherhood.
