UPDATE: The happy couple welcomed a baby boy Monday night.

"I've never been more in love and I've never been more proud of my wife. She's been absolutely astonishing," Williams said in a YouTube video. "It's been an emotional, amazing few hours. We're really happy and honored that you shared in the journey with us."  Congrats you two!

Some celebrities take their privacy very seriously. Others, like Williams, are a bit more public.

Throughout the day on Monday, the British singer and actor kept fans up to date as his wife, Ayda Field, prepared to give birth to their second child.

In a serious of tweets and YouTube videos, the "Angels" singer gives a play-by-play of his wife's experience inside the hospital room.

"When Ayda goes into labour she comes correct ;)" his first tweet read with a picture of his wife wearing sequined high-heels. As the day went on, however, things got a little less glamorous.

As the couple continued to wait, Ayda entertained her husband by dancing to "Fancy" by Iggy Azalea. Despite some hilarious moves, Robbie appeared a bit more focused on other things. "I'm turning it off," he said in the video.

His mood quickly changed when it was his turn to put on a special dance for his wife. As Ayda rested in her hospital bed, Robbie busted out into song while doing the Macareña. So much talent in this hospital room!

Things got serious, however, when doctors came in to speed up the delivery process.

"We're going to break the bag of water," a professional is overheard saying. "It's going to be a lot of thunder and lightning."  And yes, this is all caught on video.

Although the singer hasn't officially announced the birth of his baby, it's only a matter of time.

"So it's a quarter past 7, been here since 10 last night and I know you're really concerned and worried and thinking about what's going on," he said on YouTube. "I need you to know I'm doing great."

Humor till the very end! We love it.

The happy couple are already proud parents to a beautiful girl named Theodora Rose Williams. Ever since her birth, the former Take That member has discovered a new perspective on life.

"Everything I do is for her," the singer said in an interview with BBC Radio 4. "There's a reason for me to do everything now."
