Family time may just be the most important time for Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett.

The mother-of-two, who continues to document her marital troubles with Hank Baskett on her hit reality show Kendra on Top, decided to spend her Saturday at the beach with those closest to her.

Wearing black pants, a striped sweater and a towel around her neck, the reality star enjoyed the sights and sounds of Malibu without any camera crews just one week before Halloween. One thing missing from her day? Her wedding ring.

In comparison, Hank wore his special piece of jewelry proud as he carried a backpack and stayed close to his wife. Their son, Hank Jr., followed close by.

"They were happy and relaxed," an eyewitness told E! News. "They did not show PDA, but they looked really comfortable around one another. Hank was attentive to Kendra. They arrived and left together."

The couple has experienced quite a struggle in their relationship ever since reports surfaced alleging that Hank cheated on his wife with a transsexual woman.

Although Kendra recently admitted to E! News that she came close to filing for divorce, a huge part of her heart still wants the relationship to work.

"I'm not making a rash decision, divorcing or staying with him," she recently told E! News. "I'm trying to let things happen naturally, let things play out a little longer."

Kendra also believes her willingness to forgive has helped her through such a challenging time in her life.

"Everyone's given a heart to forgive at least once in their lives," she explained. "I believe this is the chance to use my heart I was given."

The couple has been working on their marriage by recently signing up for Marriage Boot Camp. Their latest efforts come as Kendra continues to defend her partner of five years.

"He was never a douchebag," she told E! News. "He's always been the most perfect man on Earth. Now he's Superman without the cape. He needs a lot of work, that's the issue."

Perhaps a family day is just what these two needed. We're rooting for you guys!
